Dr. Richmand graduated Cum Laude from The University of Vermont in 2011 with a B.S. in Animal Science and minors in both microbiology and organic chemistry. She went on to the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with honors in 2015. Before joining Animal Emergency and Trauma, Dr. Richmand did a rotating internship at the University of Pennsylvania where she discovered her love for emergency medicine. Dr. Richmand lives on the beach with her dogs and cats. In her free time she enjoys riding her horses, gardening, and travel.
